Aahar
A website that is a floor. The Aahar site, laid out like food on the ground: chalk, clay, a rangoli, and a button that turns it into Hindi.
A website that is a floor. The Aahar site is one painted floor, seen from above. The food is laid out on it for everybody to come and enjoy. The menu, the meal plan and the note about who we are sit on the floor too, like boards set down beside the pots.
The writing is chalk. The buttons are clay. The date you pick sits inside a rangoli. You scroll and the floor moves under you. There is a button that turns the whole thing into Hindi, and part of the reason for this design is to introduce it.
